About The Role

Amrize Canada is Building Ambition across North America, and our Talent Acquisition team is central to that growth. We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join a high-performing team that blends traditional headhunting techniques with modern recruitment technology.

This role supports a high volume of requisitions ranging from hourly general labourers to niche technical roles like Cement Engineers, Plant Managers, Sales professionals, and many more. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who is comfortable using SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Indeed but also possesses a genuine curiosity for emerging AI sourcing tools (such as programmatic through Joveo, smarter recruite...
