Foundever is hiring a bilingual professional to join the Messaging Team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing Twilio’s core messaging infrastructure across multiple channels, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality messaging experiences for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Twilio’s core messaging infrastructure, powering SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Support customers by guiding them through the configuration of various sender types, including long codes, short codes, toll‑free numbers and A2P 10DLC campaigns.
• Assist with WhatsApp Business Profile onboarding and compliance with country‑specific sender ID requirements.
• Monitor and analyze messaging traffic, identify anomalies or delivery issues through log reviews and performance dashboards.
