BIM MODELLER/ COORDINATOR - DATA CENTER (KL)

The BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for data center projects. The role ensures multidisciplinary coordination, clash-free designs, accurate construction documentation, and compliance with project BIM standards throughout design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and related BIM software.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and track issue resolution.
• Coordinate critical data center systems including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and ICT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client requirements, and ISO 19650 standards.
