Biomedical Data Manager (6 Months, Flexible)

ETH Zurich's NEXUS Personalized Health initiative seeks a Data Manager for a 6‑month fixed‑term appointment (Sept 2026–Feb 2027). You will support day‑to‑day data management for ongoing projects, ensure data quality, and work with researchers to maintain secure storage on LeoMed and LabKey platforms.

Ideal candidates hold an MSc in a related field, have experience with biomedical data, scripting (Python/Bash), and a solid grasp of SQL.
