Blend Operator - Manufacturing

Blend Operators are responsible for the daily operation of complex chemical mixing processes. This includes executing production requirements while meeting safety, housekeeping, quality, and output targets. Operators are expected to work independently within a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:00 / 13:30 - 22:00 (rotating)

Note: Due to the site's location and alternating shift times, please ensure you can access the site.

Duties Include

• Ensure mixing equipment is running smoothly, within validated parameters, and in compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure mixing processes are carried out and documented within a high level of compliance, including but not limited to order of addition, mixing times, and other designated set points.
