Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Butchery Skills certification (additional advantage)
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a butchery environment
• Extensive knowledge of meat cuts, food safety and butchery techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service with a passion for delivering the highest‑quality products
• Experience in managing inventory and reducing waste in the butchery
