Boilermaker - ARG Workforce

We're currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join a busy workshop based in Dandenong.

Our client is a leading steel fabrication company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality modular buildings, structural steel, and major infrastructure projects.

About the Role You'll be working as part of an experienced fabrication team, producing structural and heavy steel components for a range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Welding structural steel to a high standard
• Cutting, shaping, and preparing steel materials
• Assembling fabricated structural components
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Boilermaker or Steel Fabricator
• Strong welding skills in a workshop environment
