Position Overview

Responsibilities

-Manage all booking requests and customer inquiries via email, phone, Viber, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

-Respond promptly to messages on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

-Prepare accurate quotations, customized itineraries, booking confirmations, and related documents.

-Maintain and update customer records using the company's CRM system.

-Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding schedules, pricing, availability, and operational updates.

-Ensure excellent guest communication and customer service throughout the booking process.

-Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook and Instagram.

-Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews.

-Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase bookings and brand awareness.
