Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a growing organization in Greenacres, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a bilingual environment and has strong experience using QuickBooks Online. The person in this role will help maintain accurate records, manage routine accounting tasks, and contribute to smooth month-end financial processes.

Responsibilities:
• Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online and maintain organized accounting records
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure vendor payments are entered and scheduled correctly
