Bookkeeper/Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team handling bank, account payables transactions and maintaining finance records. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping

• Accurately record and classify bank transactions
• Maintain accounting records
• Reconcile general ledgers, bank accounts, credit cards

Bank and Account Payable

• Perform bank reconciliation
• Keep track of bank balances and make transfer between entities/bank accounts
• Account payables functions
• Maintain suppliers’ and major payment schedules
• Handle miscellaneous invoice payments and employee reimbursements

Fixed Assets, prepayment and accruals

• Maintain fixed asset, prepayment and accrual listing
