We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple way.

Qualifications
- At least High School / Senior High School graduate.
- With or without BPO experience (tech experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and troubleshooting
