Position Overview
This is not a polished role at a polished company. We’re early, we’re building, and there is no playbook yet.
You’ll be the face of this brand — online and on the ground. That means showing up consistently, representing us at events, and being the voice people encounter when they interact with what we’re building. The way you carry the brand matters as much as the work you produce.
In practice, you’ll spend about 30% of your time thinking — what should we do, why, and when. The other 70% you’ll be executing it yourself. Some weeks will be straightforward. Others will require you to hold multiple moving pieces at once and make judgment calls without waiting to be told.
