The Brand Activation Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for translating brand strategy into impactful in‑market activation plans at country level. Reporting to the S&W Cluster Senior Marketing Director (with a dotted line to the Market Lead), this role ensures seamless alignment between Brand, CS&I, Sales and Commercial teams to deliver strong brand visibility and execution.

Scope of the Role


  • Translate brand strategy and KPIs into clear, actionable activation plans in close partnership with Brand Managers, CS&I and the Market Lead.




  • Define distribution priorities, reach ambitions and price positioning based on brand strategy, competitive benchmarks and consumer perception, aligned with CS&I, Sales and RGM.




  • Determine required in‑store assets to maximize activation impact, incorporating shopper insights and feasibility input from CS&I.
