Bubble Tea Ops Lead: Multi-Outlet Growth & Team Coaching

cray ventures private limited is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee 7–10 bubble tea outlets in Singapore. You will lead scheduling, staff allocation, and succession planning to meet operational needs while driving sales and KPIs across all sites.

Collaborating with the Operations Director, you’ll refine policies, SOPs, and food-safety standards, audits, coaching, and performance development to build a strong team and ensure consistent quality and profitability.
