Responsibilities
Lead BIM strategy in line with ISO and the UK BIM Framework.Develop and maintain asset information standards, including AIRs, EIRs and digital handover processes.Oversee BIM assurance, model audits and quality compliance.Ensure BIM data integrates effectively with CAFM/IWMS and asset management systems.Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and promote best practice.Lead and mentor BIM team members.Engage stakeholders and drive BIM adoption across projects.Support innovation, performance reporting and digital transformation initiatives. You'll have:
Proven BIM leadership experience and strong knowledge of ISO .Experience with AIR, EIR, COBie, IFC and BIM assurance.Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.Experience working with CDE platform...
