£26.05 PAYE –£32.79 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Control Officer to join a Local Authority Building Control team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Building Inspector with strong technical knowledge to support the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial developments.
Overview of the Role As a Senior Building Control Officer, you will undertake site inspections, plan assessments and statutory Building Control duties, ensuring compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation.
