This role will support Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) in assessing Higher Risk Building (HRB) projects, ensuring regulatory decisions are technically robust, proportionate, and aligned with the Building Regulations 2010 . ?? Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on building control applications & compliance Support MDTs with technical reviews and regulatory decisions Interpret complex submissions and identify compliance gaps Contribute to policy interpretation and best practice in regulation ?
