About the Role
If you're an experienced Building Manager looking for your next opportunity, we have multiple permanent positions available with a well-established property and facilities management organisation.

Most portfolios consist of up to three residential buildings, allowing you to build strong relationships with residents while maintaining high operational standards. Several opportunities are based predominantly across Sydney's South Eastern suburbs, meaning no Harbour Bridge crossings and minimal toll usage, with approved travel expenses covered.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential apartment buildings.
• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure presentation, safety and compliance standards are maintained.
