Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Building Operator role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking on hands‑on repairs but also capable of coordinating with contractors for larger projects. You will be responsible for keeping the property in good condition, carrying out regular inspections, handling fire and life safety checks, and completing pre‑move‑in and pre‑move‑out inspections.
