Building Security Guard

Summary of the Role:

• The Building Security Guard is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras throughout the facility and remaining alert to any suspicious or unsafe activity to support safe and efficient operations at Maitri.


• Security personnel also monitor facility access and professionally welcome team members, delivery personnel, and contractors on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security & Compliance Operations Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, visitors, and company property in accordance with state cannabis regulations and company policies.


• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), conduct routine property inspections, and maintain continuous awareness of facility activity to deter diversion, theft, and unauthorized access.
