Are you a Bush Regenerator with excellent organisation skills who takes pride in completing quality work every day? Join Trees in Newcastle, a not-for-profit organisation, that has been working to improve biodiversity in Newcastle & surrounds since 1989. You will guide a passionate crew restoring native bushland across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and the Hunter.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a small team on bush regeneration projects.
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities.
  • Hands-on work: weed control, native planting, seed collection.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working order.
  • Daily reporting and site monitoring.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in bush regeneration or ecological restoration.
  • Cert III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or equivalent).
