Position Overview

            Scope of Service  Advise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on product 
Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the Salesforce implementation in agile setting. 
Proficient in creating functional and non-functional user stories with acceptance criteria 
Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint review and retrospective) with Product Team 
Work with Product Team to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely. 
Design and develop test plans and test cases based on the documented requirements and acceptance criteria 
Perform functional, regression, integration testing and user acceptance testing 
Conduct both manual and automated testing
