Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in implementing and continuously improving the Control Tower Framework. They will translate operational data and business requirements into actionable insights that support decision-making, drive capacity optimisation, and improve service levels across the distribution network. This role directly contributes to TFG’s mission of maximising distribution capacity, reducing SLA breaches, and driving proactive decision-making—enabling the Control Tower to act as a strategic nerve center across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily analysis of real-time and historical data to monitor and manage DC capacity, throughput, and performance. Flag anomalies and work with stakeholders, escalating risks appropriately.
