Business Analyst – SailPoint IAM

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with specialized expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ (IIQ) to bridge business requirements with technical IAM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for SailPoint IAM implementations and enhancements
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for SailPoint developers
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand identity lifecycle management, access certification, and provisioning needs
• Define and document role-based access control (RBAC) models, access policies, and segregation of duties (SoD) rules
• Map current state vs. future state identity governance processes
