Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of proven project experience, including a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, techniques, and ideally some methodology expertise.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information System), preferably Cornerstone HRIS, though others will be considered.

The role requires confidence in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to guide and lead them towards successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business structures, including integration between Marketing, Finance, and Education departments.
• Identify how the business utilizes technology and aligns it with organizational goals based on requirements.
