Business Development & Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own the partner pipeline, sourcing indie animation studios, IP holders, and institutional partners across AIGC and emerging formats & grow them into long term relationships
• Build and own Key Creator pipeline, sourcing & networking with Key Creators & grow into long term relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events (festivals, conventions, co-production forums), building visibility and a strong personal network across the local content scene, and turning it into pipeline.
• Plan and host events, showcases, and meetups that convene creators and partners and put us at the center of the community.
• Lead end-to-end, high-touch negotiations with customized cooperation models, and act as the trusted long-term point of contact for Key Creator relationships & institutional partners.
