Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage bid and proposal preparation, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions
- Review contract documents using the standard contract review checklist to flag key clauses, risks, and commercial terms for management review
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including RFP responses and pricing input
- Support pipeline and CRM tracking, flagging opportunities and stalled bids
- Draft tender queries and clarifications responses during submission stage
- Prepare presentation and submission materials for internal and client use
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, Business or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in bid / proposal preparation or business development (MEP preferred)
