Business Development Executive

TBL Digital is a Toronto-based performance marketing and creative agency specializing in restaurants, hospitality, and food brands across Canada. We run Google Ads, Meta Ads, local SEO, content production, and social media management for some of the Greater Toronto Area's fastest-growing food businesses.

We're founder-led and growing. This is our first dedicated sales hire — you'll build the outbound engine from the ground up and work directly with the Founder every week.

You'll carry two clear mandates:

1. Own our SMB engine. Find, contact, qualify, and pitch independent restaurants and food businesses across the GTA for our core growth retainers. You run each deal to the proposal stage; the Founder joins for final pricing and close. You earn 10% commission on every retainer you source.
