Position Overview
This is a remote position. Reqsta is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) for US/UK Staffing Operations. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Must have minimum 2 years experience working with various Direct clients /Implementing Partners, should be able to identify/target potential clients in US/UK and get Contract/Perm Staffing requirements and closing the positions. Should have good experience with Client Acquisition and Lead generation. You will be responsible for business development in promoting, pitching Staffing and Recruitment Solutions .
Should be proficient in Lead Generation activities using LinkedIn, E-Mail Marketing, Cold Calling and Client References. Must have hands on experience in Business Development capable of bringing direct client for staffing and project needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
