Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for activating and empaneling a strong and reliable broker network across the respective regions to drive lead generation and sales in Dubai. This role requires achievement of sales targets through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Identify, engage and onboard experienced brokers and channel partners in Mumbai
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
- Conduct training and product knowledge sessions for channel partners to ensure effective sale.
- Strategize and implement channel sales plans aligned with business objectives.
