Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end B2B business development activities including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

Identify and convert new business opportunities in international markets, primarily US and UK.

Promote and sell offshore teams, managed services, outsourcing solutions, and capability center services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.

Generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, referrals, and other online channels.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to prospective clients.

Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and business targets effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

Work in the US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST) and engage with international clients across US and UK markets.
