Position Overview
Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead identification and nurturing, to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimates, Solutioning, and documentation. Maintain and report a robust sales pipeline, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and meet quarterly revenue targets. Create high-impact, customized proposals on Upwork and other marketplaces, increasing bid-to-win ratio. Manage online profiles (e.g., Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms) and ensure consistent engagement and visibility. Optimize bidding strategies based on marketplace trends and buyer behavior. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various regions. Conduct consultative sales calls and follow-ups to understand project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
