The Impact You’ll Make

As the Business Development Manager, you will own the go-to-market plan for defense and aerospace customers, translating complex mission requirements into winning design-wins and multi-year production awards. You will report directly to an executive sales leader, steer a healthy pipeline (>$15 M) through the FAR/DFARS cycle, and influence next-gen product road-maps with real-time market feedback.
