Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (5–8 years) with a strong track record in selling enterprise software, digital transformation solutions, and IT services to Singapore public sector agencies . The candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing strategic government accounts, and expanding BCT’s footprint across key ministries, statutory boards, and public service organizations.

• Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in the Singapore public sector , aligned with BCT’s solution portfolio (analytics, AI/ML, digital transformation platforms, managed services, etc.).
