Position Overview

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

a) Education:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

2. Must be a Certified Public Accountant

b) Experience & Competencies:

1. With at least five years’ experience in Feasibility Study preparation and with accounting background;

2. Experience in strategic planning and execution;

3. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;

4. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

5. Must be computer literate with mathematical, statistical and reporting skills with good

interpersonal skills.

6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with the President in translating a business idea, vision or concept into projects,

programs and activities.

2. Lead the Managers into coming up with innovative ideas to carry out the new project.
