Position Overview

Overview  ToolsGroup is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our multi-channel demand generation engine.


This role is responsible for promptly following up on inbound leads and conducting proactive outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline and book high-quality discovery meetings for our Sales team across EMEA accounts.  This position is designed as a strategic talent entry point into ToolsGroup Sales.


Our vision is that the internal BDR organization will act as a feeder pool for high-potential candidates—budding sales stars eager to get started in the lucrative and fast-growing world of supply chain planning and optimization software.  The role is full-time, fully remote, open to candidates based in Spain or Italy, and reports directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation while partnering closely with regional Sales leadership.  This role covers both the Iberian and Ital...
