Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, managing customer inquiries, and securing sales opportunities. You will also maintain excellent customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and communicate effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. Regular coordination with internal teams to streamline client interactions will be a key element of this role. You will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting lead generation initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, managing appointment schedules, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to assist in client outreach and support.
