Business Manager, WRB COO

The Business Manager, WRB COO will work in close partnership with the COO, WRB, delivering comprehensive support across a range of areas, including strategy, performance management, communications, project management, event coordination, and governance. This is an active, hands‑on role that requires close collaboration with the WRB COO Management Team and key stakeholders across our markets and the wider WRB organisation, ensuring the effective execution of both immediate priorities and longer‑term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, an in‑depth understanding of the WRB landscape in our key markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to think independently and manage competing priorities with confidence.
