Business Operations Coordinator - Warehouse and Logistics

Role

To oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including shipment tracking, delivery execution, proof of delivery management, consignment stock control, and SAP-based processes, while ensuring strong alignment between supply chain and finance for accurate and timely transaction closure.

Job Responsibilities

• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensuring real-time visibility and accurate SAP updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) collection, validation, and system linkage for audit and invoicing purposes.
