About the Role

This role supports our Gaming business team in day-to-day SKU and order management operations to ensure accurate product setup, smooth order processing, and timely fulfillment. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain SKU readiness, monitor order flows, resolve operational issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.


Job Description

  1. Ensure all SKUs are properly set up, updated, and maintained, including product data, availability, and specifications.
  2. Support SKU integration with internal systems by coordinating with Product, Tech, and Inventory teams.
  3. Execute daily order management processes from order creation to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
