Job Overview

With demonstrated leadership experience and deep knowledge of both technical and business functions, the Business Relationship Manager will ensure effective business relationship management with strategic partners and stakeholders outside Digital and IM. The role serves as a trusted advisor, connector, and translator to facilitate relationships. The holder collaborates and supports PSL/Domain leaders, ensures strategic alignment with business needs, supports projects within scope, and operates as Proximity Manager for co‑located IM team members. The role also coordinates with smaller entities such as Thailand and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
