Position Overview
I. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Qualify and close inbound/outbound leads.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct persuasive consultations with HNI & SME clients seeking UAE business setup.
- Strategically convert leads through well-structured sales funnels.
II. Sales Strategy & KPI Execution
- Achieve monthly revenue goals through a disciplined, data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with management on quarterly sales roadmaps and conversion tactics.
- Ensure strong follow-up processes for warm and cold leads.
- Prepare and analyze weekly performance reports.
III. Client Interfacing & Representation
- Represent EBFS at business events, expos, and networking forums.
- Accompany senior management to high-value client meetings.
- Act as a confident, polished brand ambassador for EBFS.
