Business Systems Analyst (L2-L3 Support)

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business System Analyst (L2‐L3 support) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the role involves providing technical assistance (Manufacturing system, Hardware, Software) by identifying, evaluating, and developing cost‐effective procedures that meet business requirements.
The analyst will create specifications and direct the translation of functions to be automated, including complete system design in detail.
Responsibilities
Analyze, monitor, and resolve internal requirements; quality tickets, processes, system configurations, implementation, and integration.
Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
