Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience, preferably in aesthetic, medical, wellness, or service-based industries.
• Strong background in operations, financial management, and team leadership.

Desirable

• Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, wellness, or cosmetic healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic compliance.
• Experience handling multi-branch or multi-unit operations.
