1.AI PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN Key Responsibilities · Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, test, and iterate on AI prompts to ensure our bots deliver accurate, relevant, and engaging responses. · Project Execution: Collaborate closely with PMs and engineering teams to build and deploy specific AI products, including: o AI Voicebots: Enhancing natural language understanding for voice-led customer interactions. o WhatsApp AI Bot: Developing seamless, text-based conversational flows for user engagement and support. o AI QA Audit Bot: Assisting in the creation of automated systems to audit and evaluate the quality of AI and human outputs. · Product Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of AI models and bot workflows to identify edge cases, hallucinations, or conversational bottlenecks. · Data Analysis & Feedback Loop: Monitor bot performance metrics, analyze user interactions, and synthesize data to recommend product enhancements to the PM team. · Cross-Functional Col...
