Position Overview

1. Ensure the satisfaction level required by the customers through the support and communication of the goals achievements / performance
2. Focal and main point of contact with the Program Management team to attend customer's escalations and requirements based on the performance of the business unit.
3. Consolidates and performs a detailed analysis of the main performance indicators of the business unit and the actions implemented to improve them
4. Responsible for generating improvement actions for the business unit based on the detailed analysis of functional results.
5. Focal Point with the Configuration and Program Management teams for the operational implementation of HOVs and PCRs.
6. Accountable to work with the Supply Chain teams to achieve cost reduction in the bill of materials of the Business Unit products.
