Buyer II

We are seeking a motivated Buyer II. The Buyer II purchases materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures, optimizing price delivery and terms.

• Analyzes offers, leads negotiations ensuring competitive prices and purchasing conditions according to company rules and purchasing procedures (60%)
• Runs pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies (25%)
• Executes products and services purchasing according to procedures and instructions (10%)
• Contacts vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates (5%)
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor or university degree
• One to two years of experience
• Familiarity with procurement practices
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
