Cadet Engineer

Position Overview

The Cadet Program is ACEN's talent development initiative designed to build the next generation of leaders in the renewable energy and power industry. Through structured learning, cross-functional rotations, and on-the-job exposure, cadets will gain hands-on experience across power generation, operations, maintenance, engineering, energy trading, and project development.

We are looking for highly analytical, data-driven, and adaptable engineering graduates who are passionate about advancing the transition to sustainable energy and contributing to ACEN's mission of delivering clean, reliable, and affordable power.

Persona that we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (top priority), Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
