Position Overview

Responsibilities



  • Handling inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

  • Assisting with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and insurance verifications.

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints while maintaining patient confidentiality.

  • Educating patients about health programs and preventative care.

  • Collaborating with billing departments to address billing inquiries and disputes.

  • Maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.


Qualifications



  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be a Licensed Nurse or Nursing Graduate or at least have any Medical background

  • Basic computer navigation skills.

  • Candidate must have good English communication skills
