Position Overview
**Responsibilities**:
Loss Draft Support
- Manage calls related to loss draft claims
- Update and document claim information
- Upload necessary documentation
- Resolve borrower concerns and escalate when needed
- Log complaints in the client's CCS system
Insurance Services Support
- Handle calls regarding preferred insurance policies
- Aim for First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Update systems and upload documentation
- Escalate issues per client procedures
Mortgage Servicing Support
- Assist borrowers with mortgage servicing inquiries
- Maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex issues for further research
**Requirements**:
- 6-9 months of call center experience **Banking Finance Services and Insurances (BFSI**) preferred
- Fluent in English (B2+ or C1 level)
- Must live within 1.5 hours of the site
- Comfortable with 10-hour shifts
